how do you get rid of the smell of mothballs in a storage trunk or in material?
We had a freezer that had defrosted when the electricity had gone out while we were on vacation. To get rid of the bad odors that still remained after a good cleaning, I was told to try placing newspapers and a few chunks of charcoal (plain BBQ kind) inside to absorb the odors.
