1986 Pontiac grand prix bench seat recliner?

i know this may be a wierd question and i was wondering if anyone knew the reason(or answer). but anyways, i have an 1986 pontiac grand prix le model with bench seats. i was wondering if the driver seat came with a reclining mechanism. the passenger seat does but the driver seat doesent. now i may not be able to find it if its hidden but ive come to the assumption that it doesent. i mean im not to bothered by how i sit when im in the driver seat but i wanted to know wether or not it had one or supposed to come with one... thanks

All of the bench seats used in GM cars the what is called a ( 60/40 ) bench have a recliner mechanism on the passenger side only.This was done because its easy to recline the 40% of a bench seat really hard to get doth sides to recline.Best of luck.
